Kalinga Gramya Bank Notification for KGB Officer and Office Assistant Jobs 2011

Kalinga Gramya Bank (KGB), Cuttack (Orissa) has announced recruitment notification 2011 for the posts of Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale-II), Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale-I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). There are 64 vacancies in total and distributed as per the details given below. The selection of the candidates to all posts will be based on the performance in written test and interview. Written test will consist of objective type questions from Test of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation / Numerical Ability, Financial Awareness / General Awareness and General English. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility and application procedure:

1) Officer MMG Scale-II: 19 posts. Vacancies are available for specialists in Information Technology, Chartered Accountants, Law Officers, Treasury Managers, Marketing Officers, Agricultural Officer and General Banking Officer. Applicants should have Graduation / Post Graduation in the concerned discipline / subject with minimum 50 percent marks. Pay Scale: Rs. 19400- 700- 20100- 800- 28100.

2) Officer JMG Scale-I: 24 posts. Qualification: Candidates should have Bachelor degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to those candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Management, Veterinary Science, Pisciculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Applicants should have proficiency in Oriya language and must have passed VII Standard / Class in Oriya language. Knowledge in computer knowledge or awareness will be an additional qualification. Pay Scale: Rs. 14500- 600- 18700- 700- 20100- 800- 25700.

3) Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 21 posts; Qualification: Applicants should have Bachelor Degree in any discipline along with proficiency in Oriya language. They must have passed VII Standard / Class in Oriya language. Knowledge of computer skills is a desirable qualification. Pay Scale: 7200- 19300.
