APSRTC Junior Assistants Recruitment Notification 2011 and Online Application

Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporations (APSRTC) has announced recruitment notification 2011 for the posts of Junior Assistants (Finance), Junior Assistants (Personnel) and Junior Assistants (Material) through direct recruitment. There are 544 vacancies in total. Eligible candidates have to apply online through APSRTC official website at apsrtc.cgg.gov.in or www.apsrtc.gov.in. Any other mode of applications are not acceptable. Departmental candidates also should apply online only. Following are details of eligibility, age, qualifications, selection procedure and application process:

1) Junior Assistants (JA- Finance): 266 posts; Qualification: Applicants should have graduation in the discipline of commerce.
2) Junior Assistants (JA - Personnel): 196 posts; Qualification: Candidates should have Graduation in any discipline along with type writing skills in English or Telugu. They should have passed in Lower Grade Type Writing Examination conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
3) Junior Assistants (JA- Material): 82 posts; Candidates should have graduation in any discipline or should have passed in Engineering Diploma in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering.

Applicants age should be below 30 years as on 1-7-2011. SC, ST and OBC candidates will have 5 years exemptions and PH candidates will get 10 years exemption in age limit. Application fee is as follows for various categories of candidates:

1) OC: Rs. 400 for one post, Rs. 800 for two posts and Rs. 1200 for three posts
2) SC, ST, BC, PHC, Ex Servicemen, Departmental Candidates: Rs. 200 for one post, Rs. 400 for two posts and Rs. 600 for three posts.
Fee should be paid in any AP Online center, E-Seva / Mee Seva Center or Rajiv Citizen Service Center. Candidates have to apply separately for each post. Selection of the candidates will be based on written examination.
