NIMS Hyderabad issued an notification for Secretarial Assistant Jobs 2011

Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh is recruiting candidates for the posts of Secretarial Assistants in the pay scale of PB1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2800/- . Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written test and interview. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility and application procedure:

Secretarial Assistant: 7 posts (ST- 3, SC-2 , BCD-2). One posts in each of the SC and ST categories is reserved for women candidates.

Eligibility: Applicants should have a degree of any University. They must have passed in the A.P. Government Technical examination in Typewriting higher grade in English conducted by A.P.State Board of Technical Education or any other equivalent qualification. Candidates also need Personal Computing skills with proficiency in MS Word, spread sheet etc. Age should be between 18 to 34 years as on 30th September 2011.

Application procedure: Interested candidates can apply with Bio-data, self attested copies of certificates from high school onwards, age proof, 2 passport size photos, proof of residence and certificates of SC / ST and BC status. Applicants must enclose self addressed and stamped envelop cover with 9X4 size. Last date for the receipt of completed application is 17th October 2011. Selection test and interviews will be conducted at NIMS premises only.
