Patna High Court, Patna (Bihar) has announced recruitment notification no 1/2011 for the posts of Data Entry Operators in Bihar Judicial Academy and all sub-ordinate courts in Bihar. Interested candidates have to apply in the prescribed format available on the website http://patnahighcourt.bih.nic.in/Notification/notice_1_2011.pdf . There are 92 vacancies in total and 90 out of these are available in the sub-ordinate courts. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility and application procedure: 

Data Entry Operator (DEO): 92 posts (Bihar Judicial Academy -4 posts; All Subordinate Courts in Bihar- 90 posts); 

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc or their equivalent degree in ant group / subjects. Candidates should have proficiency in computer application. Candidates with Certificate in Computer Applications or Graduate in Computer Applications will be preferred . All the vacancies and appointments are temporary in nature. Selection will be based on online test / interview. The test will be conducted at court premises and dates of the test will be announced in due course. 

Candidates should be medically fit and of good character. Age must be between 18-37 years as on 1st May 2011 and relaxations apply as per the rules. Interested candidates shall fill up the admit card and application form prescribed on the website in his / her own hand writing and should sent along with two self addressed envelopes to the concerned office within 30 days from the date of publication of recruitment advertisement. Probable last date for the receipt of applications is 18th September 2011.
