The details of the programme are available at www.iimidr.ac.in. Candidates with outstanding academic record and who can teach any of the following disciplines / subjects can apply. Retired professors from universities and reputed private colleges are are encouraged to apply. Ph.D. degree in the concerned discipline is a desirable qualification. Following are details of posts and application procedure:

1) Sciences: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics and Statistics.
2) Social Sciences: Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Law, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.
3) Performing Arts and Humanities: Dance, History, Literature (English and Hindi), Music, Philosophy, Theater, French, German, Mandarin and Spanish.
