Indian Army 27th 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme - TES July 2012 Session

Indian Army has announced 27th 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) to be commenced from July 2012. Selection of the candidates will be done by Service Selection Board (SSB). Unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 / Intermediate examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects are eligible to apply. They should also fulfill other eligibility conditions for the grant of Permanent Commission / SSC in the Indian Army. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility and application procedure:

10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES): 85 posts; Eligible Qualification: Applicants should have 10+2 (PCM) with at least 70 percent marks. Age should be between 16 and half to 19 and half years. Candidates should be born between 01 January 1993 and and 01 January 1996. Selected candidates will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army after the completion of 4 years of service. They will get a pay scale of Rs.15600 - 39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 plus MSP Rs.6000 and other permissible allowances.

Method of selection includes Service Selection Board (SSB) interviews at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore. Candidates will have to undergo Psychological test, Group Test and Interview before final selection. Interested candidates can apply online at Indian Army website http://joinindianarmy.nic.in from 20th September 2011 to 30th October 2011. Last date for the receipt of printed applications with necessary enclosures is 10th December 2011.
