The selected candidates will be responsible for managing customer queries / complaints in voice process (inbound and outbound calls). Selected candidates will be placed at Thane (Mumbai, Maharashtra) and Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh). Following are details of skills required, eligibility and application procedure: Eligibility and Qualifications: Applicants should be Graduates in any discipline. They should have 0-2 years experience in call centers in handling domestic and international customers of the Bank. Age should be below 28 years. Candidates should be open to work in rotational shifts and must have good communication skills in English and Hindi language.
