* The team primarily deals with open end responses of surveys that

 are conducted in UK & US. With the help of a specialized tool called Ascribe, the responses are assigned specific numeric values.

* Responsible for production of high quality, error-free output, ensure efficient workflow, study the process & implement it

* To understand client requirements, and reinterpret it while working with the team as and when required

* Ability to understanding and penetrate the business situation behind a request and help structure output appropriately, jointly with the client.

Open End Coding is a process in Market Research that involves assigning numerical values to the respondent’s verbatims which simplifies the further analysis
