There are good number of posts in Assistant Transport Inspector, Junior Engineers and Junior Accountant positions.

Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Bank Limited (APCOB) will issue Recruitment Notification 2011

The Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Bank Limited (APCOB) will issue recruitment notification 2011 for the posts of Clerks (Gumastas) and Assistant Managers (AMs) to be appointed in the APCOB Banks across the state. There are 2553 vacancies in total. Recruitment will be done at the district level. Selected candidates will be appointed in the district co-operative banks. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility, selection process, download of hall tickets / admit cards, application procedure, model / previous question papers and results of written test:

1) Assistant Managers (AM): 960 posts; Educational Qualification: Applicants should have Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate.
2) Clerical Cadre (Gumastas): 1593 posts; Qualification: Candidates should have passed in any Graduation.

Selection Process: Selection process will be taken up by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai. Details of district wise vacancies will be announced by APCOB in it's notification to be released soon. Reservations will apply as per the rules of the Government. As per the news item published on Eenadu daily on 4th September 2011, the APCOB will release the recruitment notification today.

Candidates have to apply at the district level only. Selection will be based on the performance in written test and personal interviews. Total marks for the examination is 200. Written test will consist of objective multiple choice questions for 175 marks. Another 25 marks will be allotted for interviews. Interview committee will consist of members of DCCB, NABARD and District Manager of APCOB. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is contemplating to complete the recruitment process by the end of December 2011.
